What types of payments do you accept?

Room Therapy accepts Pay Pal Payments as well as checks and money orders.

What is Pay Pal?

Pay Pal is free to join and is a fast, secure way to send credit card payments (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard) over the internet.

If I write a check or money order, when will my order be shipped?

---

If you write a money order, your order will be shipped when the money order is recieved. If you write a check, please send it to the address posted on the contact us page. Your order will be shipped after the check has cleared. If your check bounces, your order will be shipped after the original amount of the order and a $35 fee is paid, as well.

When I go to check out, there is only the option to pay via Pay Pal.

If you wish to pay via check or money order, call us at the phone number listed on the contact us page and we will manually take your order. We will give you a total and email you a reciept. Your order will be shipped once funds are recieved and verified by our bank.

How can I return an item?

You must contact us for return authorization approval. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items unless the item is damaged.

Can I place an order directly?

Yes. If you prefer to speak with us by telephone, email or mail instead of using the shopping cart, you may do so. We can process credit cards by phone and accept checks and money orders by mail. Checks and money orders are made payable to Room Therapy. Any bad checks will incur a fee of $35. Your order will not be shipped until the order total and the fee is paid.

Can I put my order on layaway?

Yes. You can layaway any item or order. You have to pay $100 or half the price upfront (whichever is less). Contact us for payment arrangements. Your order will not be shipped until the order is paid in full.
